To apply and participate in RLEAD students are required to be enrolled in a bachelor degree program at an accredited university in the United States. Student applications will require 2 recommendation letters, transcript, resume, and a statement describing research, motivations, and future goals. These different components of the application will be evaluated by the evaluation committee to have a holistic view of the candidate. Candidates will be evaluated considering several factors including, but not limited to, academic abilities, motivation, prospect as a researcher, and the potential impact the program can have on the student.
